Page 2
Mr. Robert Porter
Decemqer 6, 1993

4. Requirement of inspections?

The City does allow private construction of utility
projects, but they must be constructed to city standards.
There will be periodic inspections made by the city to any
connections made to the main line, water or sewer. All
tests must be approved by the city.

5. Ponding issues?

These issues will be addressed during the review process by
city staff.

~

6. Additional infrastructure charges for re-zoning from church
property to planned unit development?

Engineering staff has reviewed and found that partial
assessments were levied against the property, and the
remainder of the assessments must be collected at the time
of platting. The amounts of these assessments total
$3,725.25. with the assumption that this will be constructed
in 1994, there will be no interest charged to this amount.

I believe this answers the questions you raised at the meeting.
If you have any further questions, please contact me at 490-2221.

sincerely,

~/~-

Lon P.
