One off of Bush Lake Road and two off of West l09th Street. A balf <br />driveway connection is proposed across from Pennsylvania Avenue on l09th Street. This <br />drlveway would be shared with the Devenwood Condominium complc:, to the west. <br />Approximately midway between 'Pennsylvania Avenue and Bush Lake Road, anoth~r <br />driveway is proposed for this site. This driveway and Ù1e driveway proposed onto Bush <br />Lake Road are similar to the ones approved for the office/warehouse portion of the <br />c:,dsting POO. In fact, two driveways onto Bush Lake Road were permitted under that <br /> <br />use. <br /> <br />Ovenùl, the location of the driveways appears appropriate for providïng good internal <br />drculation as weH as safe a.nd convenient access to West l09th Street and Bush Lake <br />Road. Considering the traffi<: volumes of both streets, the driveway should function <br />quite welt during an periods of the day.
