The building would be 123,893 sq. ft. in size <br />and would consist of 14,000 sq. ft. of office space and 109,893 sq. ft. of <br />warehouse space. The building would be 35 feet in height and would <br />have a glass curtain wall front with masonry side walls. 30 trucks would <br />be on the site at anyone time. All would be screened from the front by <br />masonry walls and the building itself. From Long Lake Road, landscape <br />materials and berms are proposed to screen the docks and truck parking <br />from view. The site plan indicates that the berm in this area will be 10 <br />feet above the elevation of Long Lake Road. Consideration should be <br />given to screening from the south. While the existing neighbor, Genex, <br />would not seem to require a great deal of screening, long range planning <br />to screen the loading docks from view from the County Road B-2 vista, <br />should be started now with a look to the future when Genex may longer <br />occupy that space.
