<br />Beltmann North American <br />Scope of Work <br />December 16, 1993 <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />Exterior Lighting - (16) 250 watt High Pressure Sodium wall packs will provide perimeter <br />security light to 1/2 footcandles approximately 50 feet out from the building and (6) site pole <br />fixtures. <br /> <br />Mezzanine Lighting - Fluorescent strip fixtures will be installed at the mezzanine roof deck. The <br />lighting has been designed to 30 footcandles. <br /> <br />Egress Lighting - Battery backup exit fixtures and battery packs will be provided in accordance <br />with local code requirements. <br /> <br />RECEPTACLES: <br /> <br />Office Area - General purpose outlets will be provided on a basis of (1) outlet per 100 sq .ft. (140 <br />outlets). GFI outlets will be provided in each bathroom. (8) vending and appliance outlets are <br />included in the lunchroom area. <br /> <br />Warehouse - (36) warehouse outlets will be provided (1 per each 3000 sq.ft.). Also, weather <br />proof exterior outlets are provided at each overhead door and one at the front entry, wire (5) <br />motorized O.H. doors and toilet exhaust fans. <br /> <br />Mechanical Items - All mechanical units proposed in other portions of this proposal will be wired <br />in accordance with the appropriate codes. <br /> <br />Owner Furnished Equipment - This proposal allows for a 50 amp, 480 volt feeder to an exterior <br />trash compactor. No other owner furnished equipment has been determined at this time. <br />
