(1) Set of gas piping complete to each of the above proposed units from adequate gas service existing at proposed building wall. Necessary start-up and orsat test of units upon completion of installation. ELECTRICAL The electrical service size has been determined from the electrical loads as defmed in the following sections. Based on these calculations it has been determined that a 400 amp, 480 volt service would be the minimum size necessary for this building. We have proposed a 600 amp service, to accommodate possible owner needs with equipment yet to be determined. The service equipment consists of the following: 480 Volt (1) 600 amp main switchboard (1) 200 amp lighting panel (1) 200 amp HV AC and equipment panel 208 Volt (1) 150 amp office panel (1) 150 amp warehouse panel INTERIOR LIGHTING: Office Areas - We have provided a 70 footcandle light level throughout 80% of the 14,000 sq.ft. office area utilizing 2x4 parabolic fixtures. The remaining 20% has been designed to 50 footcandles with acrylic lensed fixtures for such areas as restrooms, lunchrooms, storage areas and similar. Specialty or Accent Lighting - The information received for this project identifies a corporate office area. We have not allowed for any specialty or accent lighting at this time. Warehouse Lighting - Proposal incorporates (168) High Bay, 400 watt High Pressure Sodium fixtures designed to provide a 50 footcandle light level.
