<br />location, north of the Genex facility, east of the Amoco Tank farm, and <br />south of the TC Freight and Ryder Trucks facilities, it is isolated from the <br />B-6 Office/Headquarters site, south of County Road B-2, along Interstate <br />35W and Highway 36. Given this isolation and the surrounding land <br />uses, staff recommends approval of the rezoning to (PUD) Planned Unit <br />Development. This would allow for the redevelopment of a truck <br />terminal and garage site to a corporate headquarters of a major <br />corporation with 140 employees. <br /> <br />Council Action Reauested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve Space Center Inc. 's request for rezoning from B-6 to <br />planned unit development at 2481 North Cleveland Avenue. <br /> <br />2.
