It is the responsibility of the Permittee to provide !!1l measures necessary to contam sediment on the site during construction. This may require the use of erosion. control measures not outlined on the erosion control plan. If this requirement is not met, the Permittee ma;r be ordered to provide additional erosion control measures if deemed necessary by the District Inspector. It is also the responsibility of the property owner to provide necessary maintenance to assure that the stormwater management systems approved. as part of this Permit will continue to function as origiDally designed.
