If such measures are satisfactorily provided. the cash surety will be <br />returned with interest after permanent vegetative cover has been established. Please notify the District <br />Office in writing when permanent vegetative cover has been established and a final inspection will be <br />made. <br /> <br />Two (2) inspections of the project site ~ included with this Permit, one after erosion control measures <br />are in place and one after' project completion and revegetation, and will be conducted to assure <br />compliance with an agreements, terms, and stipulations of this Permit. Failure to comply with the <br />foregoing may result in rescission of the Permit, and is in violation of Chapter' 112.89 MSA, a. <br />misdemeanor. Any additional inspection, requested or required,. will be billed at $25/visit. <br /> <br />This document is not transferable, and is valid for one (1) year after the date of issuance. No <br />construction is authorized beyond the expiration date. If Permittee requires more time to complete <br />construction, a renewal of the Permit will bEt necessary. <br /> <br />Please contact RCWD at 483·0634 when the project is about to commence so an inspector may view <br />the work in progress. By acceptance of this Permit, Permittee has consented to the foregoing. The <br />enclosed Owner's Certification form must be completed and forwarded within ten.
