The video store will be a "Blockbuster" type. The <br />adjacent food retail stores will be take-out restaurants with some eating space sirrúlar to a <br />Subway or Brueggers Bagels, The food retail adjacent to the auto service will also be a sit~down <br />type restaurant. The large restaurant on Lot 1 will be a higher quality sit-down restaurant. The <br />major changes from our previous general assumptions were a restaurant instead of a <br />convenience store attached to the auto service center, a lower generating large restaurant and <br />food retail stores attached to the video store, <br /> <br />With these changes, the total volume anticipated to be generated from the site drops from 9,800 <br />vehicles per day to 6,800 vehicles per day. The peak hour drop is very similar. The following <br />table shows the new trip generation that is anticipated in the p.m. peak hour and on a daily <br />basis. <br /> <br />Table 1 <br /> <br />Bldg. P.M. PK.
