<br />gave a review of the 1994 Legislative Session.
<br />
<br />Council Member Barb Mastel stated that Council Member
<br />Pat Johnson recently received the 1994 Gavel Associa-
<br />tion's Distinguished Leadership Award from the North
<br />Suburban Gavel Association. Pat was congratulated by
<br />the Council and those present.

<br />HEARINGS
<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Parkridge Develop-
<br />ment's request for rezoning from R-l to Planned Unit
<br />Development and preliminary plat approval at 674, 656,
<br />and 646 West County Road C be continued to the regular
<br />City council meeting of June 27, 1994. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Twin Lakes
<br />Regional Pond, city Project 94-09, be continued to the
<br />regular City Council meeting of June 27, 1994. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Mastel moved, wiski seconded, that FUddrucker's, Inc.
<br />application for On Sale and special Sunday Liquor
<br />Lioenses at 2740 N. Snelling Avenue be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, and
<br />v. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution
<br />9080, recommending vacation of right-af-way easement
<br />at 480 Lovell Avenue be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P.
<br />Johnson, Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays:

<br />lot into two parcels of land he owns south of Lovell
<br />Avenue, west of his residence to the property line
<br />with the Rottlund/Concordia Meadows townhome project,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski,
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that James Westby,
<br />of 480 Lovell Avenue, request for rezoning from R-l to
<br />R-2 for the west one-half of the parcel adjacent to
<br />the Concordia Meadows Planned unit Development be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski,
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
