<br />Special Use Narrative <br /> <br />1. Current site is 90,000 square feet. <br /> <br />2. The building is a multi-tenant business building which has <br />been present on the site for 20 years. <br /> <br />3. There will be no change in the use of the land and building. <br />Enterprise Rent-A-Car, a tenant in the building, will be <br />leasing another 1,000 square feet of office space. <br /> <br />4. Existing zoning is B-3" Enterprise Rent-A-Car has and will <br />continue to operate the same type of business as before but <br />would like to add parking for an additional 30 cars. <br /> <br />5. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is an automobile rental company <br />specializing in providing rental vehicles for the replacement <br />rental market (those with their car in a bodyshop or service <br />facility.) As a company we have been in business since 1957. <br />In Minnesota, we have been in business since 1977. The <br />Roseville location has been our Group Headquarters since <br />February, 1992.
