Cle\· ;and AvàJe 'ft~oo sq. feet in <br />size and is zoned B-3 General Business Distnct. The building on the site is a <br />9,076 sq, ft. multi-tr ant business building that has been on the site for <br />approximately 20 Yí;: ..1's, <br /> <br /> <br />2. In February of 1992, Enterprise Rent A Car was granted a special use pennit for <br />this location which included outside storage for 50 vehicles. <br /> <br />3. Enterprise Rent A Car is an automobile rental company specializing in providing <br />rental vehicles to r 'pIe whose (' .,rs on in a: ,dy shop or service facility. They <br />]) ,le been in busirj: 0'; since 195 ld in Minnesota since 1977. The Roseville <br />location has been Enterprise ReL I ;-\, Car's group headquarters since February <br />1992. Enterprise Rent A Car is proposing to expand their operation by leasing an <br />additional 1,000 sq. ft. of space, thereby adding 30 additional vehicle spaces at <br />this location at 2484 N. Cleveland Avenue. TIùs would bring the total number of <br />vehic1es stored on site to 80. The attached site plan indicates where the existing <br />approved storage locations are and where the proposed new spaces would be <br />located. <br /> <br />5.
