This location at 2484 N, Cleveland Avenue is their group headquarters. In 1993, they added a satellite facility on County Road C. With growth and expansion of their business they have found it necessary to add more office space and to have more cars at tills location. They are not proposing any additional hard swface or to reduce the number of required parking for the other tenants and visitors to the building, Therefore, staff would recommend approval of the amendment to their specíal use permit to add 30 additional spaces for rental vehicles for Enterprise Rent A Car at 2484 N.
