No changes are proposed to the exterior of the <br />building. <br /> <br />&TAFF RECOMMENDA TIO~ <br /> <br />Enterprise Rent A Car has been in Roseville since 1992. This locaûon at <br />2484 N. Cleveland Avenue is their group headquarters. In 1993, they added <br />a satellite facility on COWlty Road C. With growth and expansion of their <br />business they have found it necessary to add more office space and to have <br />more cars at this location. They are not proposing any additional hard swface <br />or to reduce the number of required parking for the other tenants and visitors <br />to the building. Therefore, staff would recommend approval of the <br />amendment to their special use permit to add 30 addítíonal spaces for rental <br />vehicles for Enterprise Rent A Car at 2484 N. Cleveland Avenue. <br />
