Cleveland Avenue is 90,000 sq. feet <br />in size and is zoned B-3 General Business District. The building on the site is <br />a 9,076 sq. ft. multi-tenant business building that has been on the site for <br />approximately 20 years. In Februæy of 1992, Enterprise Rent A Car was <br />granted a special use permit for this location which included outside storage <br />for SO vehicles. <br /> <br />2. DEVELOPMENT SUMMARY <br /> <br />Enterprise Rent A Car is an automobile rental company specializing in <br />providing rental vehicles to people whose cars on in a body shop or service <br />facility. They have been in business since 1957 and in Minnesota since 1977. <br />The Roseville location has been Enterprise Rent A Car's group headquarters <br />since February 1992. Presently, 13 people work at this location. <br /> <br />Enterprise Rent A Car is proposing to expand their operation by leasing an <br />additional 1 ,000 sq. ft. of space, thereby adding 30 additional vehicle spaces <br />at this location at 2484 N. Cleveland Avenue. This would bring the total <br />number of vehicles stored on site to 80. The attached site plan indicates <br />where the existing approved storage locations are and whére the proposed <br />new spaces would be located. <br /> <br />The building is 9,076 sq. ft. in size. City code would require 46 parking <br />spaces for this facility. The site provides for 143 parking spaces as cUITently <br />
