City of <br /> RP4SF4V1LLE <br /> Minnesota,USA <br /> Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Minutes City Hall Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br /> Monday, June 9, 2014 <br /> 1. Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: McGehee; Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; and Roe. City Manager Pat Trudgeon and <br /> City Attorney Charles Bartholdi were also present. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Mayor Roe noted that Agenda Item 13.c entitled, "Community Development Department <br /> Request to Perform Abatement for Unresolved City Code Violations at 311 County Road <br /> B"had been removed as violations had been resolved. <br /> Councilmember McGehee requested removal of Consent Item 7.e entitled "Request by <br /> Lakewest and Commers Enterprises Southtown for Vacation of Unused Right-of-Way at <br /> 2501 —2699 Patton Road" for questions. <br /> Laliberte moved, Etten seconded approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee; Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports, and Announcements <br /> Mayor Roe announced several Parks & Recreation-related "Playground Builds"volunteer <br /> opportunities this weekend at Materion and Howard Johnson Parks and available shifts, <br /> with additional information available from Recreation Superintendent Rick Schultz at <br /> 651/492-7104. <br /> Mayor Roe announced upcoming Rosefest activities from June 26 — 30; and July 4, 2014 <br /> events for Independence Day, with a list of family activities and events — many free — <br /> available on the City's website or on the Rosefest Hotline at 651/792-7411 and times, lo- <br /> cations and registration information if needed. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte advised that the next meeting of the Ramsey County League of <br /> Local Governments (RCLLG) was scheduled for June 26, 2014 at Union Depot, with the <br /> main focus on transit-related items, with her report on the meeting to follow at a later <br /> date. <br />
