<br />Grading, filling, and land alteration permits are required for moving more than 10 yards of <br />material on steep, erodible slopes and especially vulnerable shoreland or bluff land impact zones. <br />Vegetation removal or alteration may only be done with special precautions. <br /> <br />Storm water management is emphasized throughout the ordinance, requiring conveyance, filter, <br />and retention of storm water.
