<br />(c) <br /> <br />Any parking lot facility and any permanent or <br />temporary accessory structures to be located <br />on the controlled access/beach lot shall <br />comply ~ith all setback requirements as if the <br />parcel ~ere a conventional single-d~ellin~ <br />homesite. All structures shall also be <br />screened by vegetation or topography, as much <br />as practical 1 from view from the public water, <br />assuming summer, leaf-on conditions. . If a <br />parking lot is i~stalled, its capacity shall <br />not exceed six vehicles. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Launching, loading, docking, mooring. beaching <br />or over-water (shõre statiõn) storage shall bë <br />limited to six ~atercraft, unless a marina <br />permit is approved by the Department of <br />Natural Resources and is found by the City <br />Council to be compatible with the subject site <br />and the adjoining land uses. <br /> <br />(e) The parcel must be jointly owned by each of <br />the associated nonriparian property owners ~ho <br />are provided riparian access rights via the <br />controlled access/beach lot. <br /> <br />(f) The Conditional Use Permit auchorizing a <br />controlled access/beach lot shall be recorded <br />against the title of all benefiting property <br />owners. Said permit shall include, but not be <br />limited to, the permissible activities and a <br />listing of the benefiting properties. <br /> <br />(3) Nursing homes. <br /> <br />(D) Required Conditions. In addition to the standardß of <br />Sections 203-206, the belo~ cited specifications apply <br />to Residential Districts: <br /> <br />(1) <br />(2) <br /> <br />Signs. As regulated by Section 206.081. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Stora~e.
