"SemipubJic use" means the use ofland by a private, nonprofit <br />. organization to provide a public service that is ordinarily open to some persons outside the regular <br />constituency of the organization. <br /> <br />c 18.020.36 Sensitive resource management. "Shoreland" means land located within 1 000 feet ITom the ordinary high <br />water level of the lakes classified in Section 18.035.2. The limits of the shorelands may be <br />reduced whenever the waters involved are bounded by topographic divides which extend <br />landward fÌ'om the waters for lesser distances and when approved by the MnDNR Commissioner. <br /> <br />18.020.41 Shoreland Management District.
