<br />(5) the structure or facility shall not be designed or used for human habitation and shall not <br />contain utility systems; <br /> <br />18.050.4 Stairways, Chair Lifts, and Stair and Deck Landings. Stairways and chair lifts <br />shall be used for achieving access up and down bluffs and steep slopes to shore areas. Stairways <br />and lifts shall meet the following design requirements: - <br /> <br />(I) stairways and chair lifts shall not exceed four feet in width on residential lots.
