Such areas shall <br />include all undeveloped lands within 300 feet of public <br />waters and all other areas adjacent to other lakes, ponds <br />or wetlands hereafter designated as such by resolution of <br />the Council. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />"Nonconforming Use" means any use of land established <br />before the effective date of the city Ordinance which does <br />not conform to the use restrictions of a particular zoning <br />district. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />"Normal High Water Mark" means a mark delineating the <br />highest water level which has been maintaineã for a suffi- <br />cient period of time to leave evidence upon the landscape. <br />The normal high water mark is commonly that point where the <br />natural vegetation changes from predominantly aquatic to <br />predominantly terrestrial. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />IIpublic Waterll means a body of water capable of substantial <br />beneficial public use.
