Snappy Car Rental proposes to lease 1200 <br />square feet of building space and to store 12 outdoor vehicles and 2 pickup delivery <br />vehicles along the southeast comer of the site. No maintenance or washing of vehicles <br />would occur on the site. The staff recommended approval subject to no more than 14 <br />vehicles parking on the south side of the building and no maintenance work to occur on <br /> <br />2 <br />
