Staff would recommend approval of the <br />special use pennit for the outside storage of vehicles subject to limiting the <br />number of vehicles to no more than 14, that the vehicles be parked along the south <br />side of the building and that Snappy Car Rental will not perform any maintenance <br />or repair work on the vehicles on this site. <br /> <br />Pla:uning Commission Recommendation; <br /> <br />1. The Planning Commission, at their June 8, 1994 meeting, unanimously <br />recommended approval of Terri Spiers/Snappy Rental Car's request for a <br />special use permit at 2459 Rice Street with the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) That 12 cars and 2 pickup delivery trucks be anowed in the exterior <br />storage area. <br /> <br />(b) That no towing rigs or other special attachments be left on the site <br />or attached to trucks. <br /> <br />(c) That vacuuming of vehicles be done only during business hours and <br />that the vacuuming equipment not be left unattended. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1.
