<br />Wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Father RoÞert
<br />Nygaard/Corpus Christi Church request for rezoning
<br />from R-l to Planned unit Development (PUD) for a
<br />proposed Senior Housing development at 2131 N. Pair-
<br />view Avenue be continued to the regular City council
<br />meeting of Monday, August 22, 1994. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, wiski seconded, that Naftalia
<br />Alkali's request for a special Use Permit for a light
<br />automobile repair facility at 3114 N. Lexington Avenue
<br />be continued to the regular City Council meeting of
<br />Monday, August 22, 1994. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, Wiski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays:

<br />an ordinance amending City Code Section 7.025
<br />regarding garage and boutique sales in residential
<br />districts be continued to the regular City Council
<br />meeting of Monday, August 22, 1994. Roll. Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, wiski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson.

<br />tion of amendments to the Shore Land Management
<br />Ordinance be continued to the regular city Council
<br />meeting of Monday, August 22, 1994. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, p, Johnson, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Glen Mischke/
<br />MAT Properties request for an Interim Use permit for
<br />outside truck/trailer storage at 1920 W. County Road
<br />be approved for 18 months (August 1, 1994, through
<br />February 28, 1996) with no conditions attached.

<br />v. Johnson moved, wiski seconded, that the motion be
<br />amended by approving the Interim Use Permit for three
<br />years, with no conditions attached. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: Mastel, Goedeke, and P.
<br />Johnson. Motion to amend failed.
