Plan Review of building and grounds with municipal plan review comments, <br />designers responses, and state plan review application form signed by <br />designer and forwarded to the Building Codes and Standards Division. <br /> <br />3. Interpretations, application, and enforcement of all code provisions. <br /> <br />4, Issuance of all permits. <br /> <br />5. Documentation on file of all equivalences and modifications to code as <br />required by UBC 105 and 106. <br /> <br />6. Maintain all records. <br /> <br />7. Issuance of certificate of occupancy with a copy informing the State <br />Building Inspector when services are completed. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />b. Attend to all required inspections of said building including: <br /> <br />1. Issuance of all permits. <br /> <br />2. Maintain aU records. <br /> <br />3.
