4. With the attached letter, Ramsey County is requesting two changes related to the hazardous household waste site. The first relates to the length of time for the interim use permit, the County is requesting a ten year interim use permit rather than the previous two year PeJ'!DIit. Secondly, the County is requesting some flexibility in the time of the year they¡can op~ate the satellite sites. The current permit allows the County to operate the site 'or up ~o 8 weeks during spring and fall The modification they are requesting wo~d pro~e the opportunity to allow site operations for up to 8 weeks during spring, lummeri7and fall.
