C.!. Sanborn Fire Insurance Company Atlases Braun Intertec conducted a file search at the Minnesota Historical Society for Sanborn Fire Insurance Company Atlases in the City of Roseville. Sanborn atlases were not available for the SITE as mapping was discontinued prior to development of the SITE and surrounding area. C.2. Aerial Photographs Braun Intertec obtained aerial photographs dated 1940, 1953, 1957, 1980. 1990 from the University of Minnesota Wilson Library. Copies of these aerial photographs are attached in Appendix B. The 1940 and 1953 aerial photographs indicated the SITE (both portions) was undeveloped. The SITE appeared partially excavated in the 1957. 1980 and 1990 aerial photographs. Land use in the vicinity of the SITE was undeveloped and residential throughout the span of the aerial photographs reviewed for that investigation. CA. Minnesota Geological Survey The Minnesota Geological Survey (MGS) maintains a limited data base of water well records. Not all private water wells are listed in that data base. Appropriate portions of that data base were reviewed for record of water wells on the SITE. Our review of water well logs at the MGS revealed documentation of no water wells located at the SITE. C.s. Minnesota Pollution Control Agency The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) conducted a limited file evaluation of the SITE. MPCA staff reviewed the following sources for listings of verified and potential hazardous waste problem sites at or within a one-mile radius of the SITE: United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) National Priorities List (NPL); USEPA Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Infonnation System (CERCLIS); MPCA Penn anent List of Priorities (PLP);
