Ramsey County Public Works uses <br />the property north of the SITE to dispose of street sweepings. <br /> <br />No evidence of leaks, spills, and/or disposal or storage of hazardous substances and/or <br />petroleum products was noted during the visual survey of the SITE. In addition, no signs of <br />vent or fill pipes (commonly associated with underground storage tanks), water wells, previous <br />buildings or septic fields were noted during our visual survey of the SITE. <br /> <br />E. Conclusions <br /> <br />Our research and on-site observations did not produce documented or observable <br />environmental hazards associated with past or present land-use activities at the SITE. In <br />addition, our research did not produce documented evidence indicating that environmental <br />hazards from off-site sources have affected the SITE. <br /> <br />F. Recommendations <br /> <br />Based upon the infonnation included in our SITE history review and SITE reconnaissance, no <br />issues have been raised which would warrant further investigation. <br /> <br />G. General <br /> <br />The conclusions submitted in this report are based on available SITE history infonnation and <br />SITE reconnaissance efforts conducted for this project. Soil borings and/or the installation of <br />groundwater monitoring wells and the laboratory analysis of soil and/or groundwater samples <br />were not part of the Scope of Services for this project <br /> <br />Services peIfonned for this project have been conducted in a manner consistent with that level <br />of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of the profession currently practicing in this <br />area. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are made. <br />
