Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Father Robert <br />Nygaard/Corpus Christi Church request for Concept Plan <br />approval for rezoning from R-1 to Planned unit Devel- <br />opment (PUD) for a proposed senior housing development <br />and a Comprehensive Guide Plan Amendment from Church <br />to High Density Residential at 2131 N. Fairview Avenue <br />be continued to the regular City Council meeting of <br />Monday, September 26, 1994. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, <br />Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />F-4 <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, wiski seconded, that staff be given <br />approval to research the water tower site at Fairview <br />Avenue North and other sites in the city as a location <br />for a communications tower, and report the results of <br />their findings to the city council at their regular <br />meeting of Monday, September 26 1994. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />F-5 <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Sandra Kentfield's <br />field's request for final Planned unit Development <br />(PUD) plan approval at 1716 N. Hamline be approved <br />subject to the plans submitted and execution of a PUD <br />Agreement with the applicant and the City of Rose- <br />ville with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That there be a monument sign. <br /> <br />2. That parking spaces one and two be deleted and <br />relocated to the rear of the building. <br /> <br />3. That the applicant make every reasonable effort to <br />retain the existing vegetation on the south <br />border. <br /> <br />4. That handicapped parking spaces be relocated to <br />the three and four spots. <br /> <br />5. That the final landscape plan be submitted to city <br />staff for approval. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that the Mayor and City <br />Manager be authorized to execute a Planned unit <br />Development Agreement between the City of Roseville <br />and Sandra Kentfield.
