County Road B. <br /> <br />1. BACKGROUND <br /> <br />The Bigelbach's live at 397 W. Eldridge Avenue and own a lot directly north <br />of them on W estern Avenue, south of County Road B. 400 W. County Road <br />B is the second lot west of West em Avenue, is 1.15 acres in size and <br />currently has a single family house located on the lot. It is Mr. Bigelbachts <br />proposal to combine the lot he owns with the 400 W. County Road B lot and <br />then plat that land into three single family lots. One of the lots would front on <br />County Road B and have the existing house. The other two lots would front <br />on Western Avenue. <br /> <br />2. DEVELOPMENT SUMMARY: <br /> <br />The property Mr. Bigelbach would like to combine and then replat is 1.40 <br />acres in size and is zoned R-l Single Family. It has 136 feet of frontage <br />along County Road B and 155 feet of frontage along Western Avenue.
