The two lots being created, while <br />not meeting the minimwn lot width requirements of the code, are wen in <br />excess of minimum lot sizes for the City. It is possible to build reasonable <br />single family houses on the lots as proposed without seeking setback <br />variances. Therefore, it is staffs reconunendation that Mr. Bigelbach's <br />request for a preliminary plat consisting of three lots at 400 W.
