County Road <br />B is the second lot west of Western Avenue, is 1.15 acres in size and <br />cWTendy has a single family house located on the lot. It is Mr. Bigelbach1s <br />proposal to combine the lot h~ owns with the 400 W. County Road B lot and <br />then plat that land into three single family lots. One of the lots would front on <br />COWlty Road B and have the existing house. The other two lots would tront <br />on Western Avenue. <br />" <br /> <br />2.
