Deny the variances based on the finding that no hardship or practical difficulty <br />exists on the site. <br /> <br />2. Grant the variances based on the finding that a hardship or practical difficulty <br />is present on the site. <br /> <br />Policy Objectiv~s: <br /> <br />1. To insure that development occurs consistent with the City's comprehensive <br />plan and zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />2. To grant variances where hardships and/or practical difficulties exists. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendations: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council approve Brian Carlson's reqúest for a <br />7 foot front yard setback variance and a 3 foot sideyard setback variance at <br />3102 W.
