<br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that a Special
<br />Council Work Session be established for Monday,
<br />November 14, beginning at 2:00 p.m. in the Roseville
<br />City Hall for the purpose of park planning. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the 1994
<br />Police Sergeants' contract settlement be approved,
<br />and authorizing the City Manager to execute the
<br />contract. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson,
<br />Mastel, wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Wi ski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the proposed
<br />plan reviewed at the October 24, 1994, City council
<br />meeting be approved as the official Acorn Park Master
<br />Plan. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel,
<br />wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, V. Johnson seconded, that the amended
<br />agreement with the North Suburban Community Foundation
<br />dated October 24, 1994, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None. Abstain: Wiski, because he is a member of the
<br />North Suburban Community Foundation.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the Mayor and
<br />City Manager be authorized to execute a Lease Agree-
<br />ment between the City of Roseville and OneComm for a
<br />communications tower at the city water tower site at
<br />Fairview Avenue North. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P.
<br />Johnson, Mastel, wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution
<br />9126, prohibiting parking on both sides of Lincoln
<br />Drive from County Road C-2 to Terrace Drive, and on
<br />both sides of County Road C-2 from Snelling Avenue to
<br />Lincoln Drive, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />P. Johnson, Mastel, wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
