The Planning Commission has <br />indicated that initial examination of the area for this PUD leads them to expect <br />that County Road B2 and Rice Street will integrate additional traffic from the <br />development. The majority of traffic created by PUD residents would not be <br />through traffic. Parking will mainly be within resident's driveways. However, <br />the site plans are currently being studied for ways to provide additional <br />parking for visitors. <br /> <br />At this planning stage for this development, the major safety consideration of <br />roadways and traffic control revolves around making sure that roadways and <br />turn around spaces are available for emergency vehicles.
