E. <br /> <br />Pineview Overlook, Inc. is proposing a 6.7 acre planned unit development <br />on land consisting of the Zeece Addition Block 1 Lots 4 through 15 (excluding <br />lot 12), land parcel itentified as 13-29-23-11-0006 and land identified as parcel <br />13-29-23-11-0011. <br /> <br />The planned unit developTIent will be 19 structures totaling 38 homes. These <br />twin homes will be approximately 1300 to 1500 square feet with some units having <br />basements.
