Following the December 19, 1994 Council Work Session, when Pacific Mutual Door's <br />request for variances were discussed, the applicants have been reviewing the direction <br />given by members of the Council. At this point, Pacific Mutual Door has asked that their <br />application be continued into the future to provide time for them to consider their options. <br />They have indicated that ultimately, they may withdraw their application and seek a new <br />location. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council continue the hearing until February 13, 1995 on <br />Pacific Mutual Door Company's request for a variance to the zoning ordinance to <br />construct an addition to their facility at 2645 and 2655 N.
