Marty Hanson
Permit No. Ag7~696
Page 2

2.

Q)
l

Color samples are needed for the materials proposed. In particular, we want to see
the match between the brick colors and the precast exposed aggregate panel color.
We also need a photo showing the appearance of the pre-cast exposed aggregate
panel being proposed for this building.

A signage plan for the building and the location of the sign band ;s required.

The precast exposed aggregate panel is not an acceptable finish for the north wall.
This wall must be finished with brick similar to the front (east) wall of the buiding.
The south wall is acceptable as shown because of the grade differential in this area.

Landscape Plan (L 1)

C9

2.

y

The landscape plan for construction valued in excess of five hundred thousand
dollars ($500,000) must be prepared by a registered landscape architect (Section
1010.151 City Code). Since the plan is not signed, we are assuming that it was not
prepared by a registered landscape architect.

The boulevard trees must be planted in the boulevard in accordance with the City's
Street Treet Master Plan. In general, trees must be of the type specified for north-
south county roads, must be planted 40 feet on center, and must be planted within
three feet of the property line.

An irrigation plan is required, which shows the location of lines and heads.

The plans need to be modified and resubmitted for further review. If you have any
question, please let me know.

cc: John Allen, Fairview H.A. LLC
