This modification will allow better use of the park area. At such time <br />as the church expands its parking to the east over of the ponding area, it wiH be necessary to <br />construct the new parking lot to provide for the additional runoff from the expanded parking as <br />well as the ponding area displaced by the new lot. Such design considerations are consistant with <br />Paragraph 6 of the original agreement between the Roseville Lutheran Church and the City of <br />Roseville. <br /> <br />The City appreciates the cooperation and flexibility of the RosevilIe Lutheran Church in helping <br />improve the usability of Bruce Russell Park.
