This placement was rejected because it put the new Worship Center too dose to the residences on Roselawn and Fernwood. This scheme wasted parking space. It also made the structure excessively lineal. forcing patrons to walk back and forth from one end of the building to the other. It concentrated pedestrian traffic in one corridor. It also created an excessive distance between the far reaches of future parking and the main entrance. It required extensive remodeling, which made it too expensive to build.
