<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of october 10, 1994, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson,
<br />Mastel, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-6 be approved. Roll Call,
<br />call, Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that David Larson/
<br />Delores Flynn's request for a five foot side yard
<br />setback variance to provide additional off street
<br />parking at 2719 Virginia be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, wiski, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the hearing
<br />for assessment of delinquent utility charges be
<br />established for the regular city Council meeting of
<br />Monday, November 14, 1994. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that acceptance of
<br />the DNR/SBA Tree Planting Grant to the city of Rose-
<br />viI Ie for the planting of 75 trees around Concordia
<br />Park and along the boulevards near Concordia Meadows
<br />be approved, with the city's matching requirement of
<br />$5,000 to be taken from the 1995 PIP fund. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that a proclama-
<br />tion proclaiming the week of November 11 - 18, 1994,
<br />as Minnesota Chemical Health Week in the city of
<br />Rosevil1e be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P.
<br />Johnson, Mastel, wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />tion proclaiming November 15, 1994, as curtis E.
<br />Johnson Day in the City of Roseville be adopted. Roll
