Cash surety in the amount of $1,000, received January 11, 1995. <br /> <br />They found the project as planned to be in accordance with the Rules & Regulations and Guidelines <br />of the District and therefore approved the permit as requested, with the following additional <br />stipu1ations: <br /> <br />NO ADDITIONAL STIPULATIONS. <br /> <br />It is the responsibility of the Permittee to provide all measures necessary to contam sediment on the <br />site during construction. This may require the use of erosion control measures not outlined on the <br />erosion control plan. Iftbis requirement is not met, the Permittee may be ordered to provide additional <br />erosion control measures if deemed necessary by the District Inspector. It is also the responsibility of <br />the property owner to provide necessary maintenance to assure that the stormwater management <br />systems approved as part of this Permit will continue to function as originally designed. <br /> <br />NOTE FOR PROVIDERS OF A CASH SURETY: Failure to implement and maintain the sediment- <br />erosion control and cover establishment measures outlined in the permit exhibits may result .in <br />forfeiture of your cash surety. If such measures are satisfactorily provided, the cash surety will be <br />returned with interest after permanent vegetative cover has been established.
