<br />RCWD PERMIT NO. 94-191, continued: <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Two (2) inspections of the project site are included with this Permit, one after erosion control measures <br />are in place and one after project completion and revegetation. and will be conducted to assure <br />compliance with all agreements, terms, and stipulations of this Permit. Failure to comply with the <br />foregoing may result in rescission of the Permit, and is in violation of Chapter 112.89 MSA. a <br />misdemeanor. Any additional inspection, requested or required, will be billed at $25/visit. <br /> <br />This doctunent is not transferable, and is valid for one (1) year after th.e date of issuance. No <br />construction is authorized beyond the expiration date. If Permittee requires more time to complete <br />construction, a renewal of the Permit will be necessary. <br /> <br />Please contact RCWD at 488.0684 when the project is about to commence SO an inspector may view <br />the work in progress. By acceptance of this Permit, Permittee has consented to the foregoing.
