Rd. <br />"B". The engineering staff has reviewed this proposal and has <br />the following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. This proposed plat was only assessed for two lots for Storm <br />Sewer. There will be an assessment of $305.00 for the 3rd <br />lot. <br /> <br />2. The water service that was installed for this lot was a <br />1 If copper service. The proposed location of the southerly <br />house is over 200 feet from the new watermain. The lost in <br />water pressure will be so great that there would be little <br />or not water at the new house. <br /> <br />3. The sanitary sewer service would have to have a clean out <br />every 100 feet for the southerly house. <br /> <br />4. The maximum driveway width for the southerly lot is 20 feet. <br /> <br />S. Grading plans will be needed when the building permit is <br />requested. <br /> <br />6. Ten (10.0) of Right-of-way for County Road liB" is required. <br />
