Mr. Anderson lives at 2096 Lexington Avenue. His lot is located in the <br />southeast quadrant of Lexington Avenue and Parker. The property is zoned <br />R-l Single Family and is 30,896 sq. ft. in size. The property has 135 feet of <br />frontage on Lexington Avenue and 228.86 feet of frontage on Parker. It is <br />Mr. Anderson's proposal to divide his property, keeping his house and garage <br />on the parcel with access on Lexington Avenue and creating a new lot with <br />access on Parker Avenue. <br /> <br />2, The property Mr. Anderson would like to divide is approximately 31,000 sq. <br />ft, in size and is zoned R-l Single Family.
