The engineering staff has reviewed this proposal and has <br />the following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. This lot does not have a sewer or water service to the lot <br />line. Service will have to be built. The street was just <br />reconstructed in 1993. <br /> <br />2. Assessments for Storm Sewer in the amount of $305.00 and <br />for Sanitary Sewer in the amount of $368.68 will have to <br />be paid if split is approved. <br /> <br />3. Concrete curb and gutter will have to be removed for the <br />new driveway and replaced as per city standards. <br /> <br />4. Grading plans will be needed with the building permit. <br />
