As promised, <br />attached is a copy of the Request For Proposal. This is your copy <br />to keep of the same RFP that was circulated at our meeting. <br /> <br />The tentative timetable calls for proposals being submitted by <br />mid February. Soon after receipt of those proposals, we will <br />have information to ~gain share with your neighborhood. As that <br />time nears or as new information becomes available, we will <br />contact your group to have another informational meeting. <br /> <br />In the meantime, if you have any questions, please contact <br />Council Member Johnson, myself (490-2201), or Dennis Welsch, our <br />community Development Director (490-2232), at your convenience. <br />We will attempt to keep you posted as this project develops. In <br />return, please let us know if there are rumors out there that <br />need to be addressed--no one gains by misinformation. <br /> <br />Again, thank you for taking time out of this busy holiday season <br />schedule to meet with Pat and me.
