The <br />developer requests assistance in providing additional access to the site. The developer also request $375,000 in <br />city assistance for demolition and environmental clean-up and land write-down costs on the site. <br />The total new market value is estimated to be $13,520,000. <br /> <br />STUART CORPORATION AND SHELARD CONSTRUCTION, Ine.. and <br />COOPERMAN, Architects. <br /> <br />A proposal to construct 80 apartment units in a three story configuration; an additional 40 units in <br />a townhouse development. The proposal will pay $566,280 for the site. The developer request <br />$300,000 over 5 years for demolition, increasing the buffer on the north and common areas <br />adjacent to the pond.
