The Planning Commission, at the March 8, 1995 meeting, unanimously requested <br />approval of an ordinance amendment of Section 14.040 to allow interior electronic <br />information devices. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. Per the Planning Commission's direction, staff has prepared language that will amend the <br />sign ordinance to provide the opportunity for electronic information devices that would <br />not be directed to drive by traffic and would be intended for use by a captive audience on <br />a particular site. Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the amendment to Section <br />14.040 of the Sign Ordinance. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1.
