<br />.}. , <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION14,040 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE REGARDING FLASHING SIGNS <br /> <br />The City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />Section 14,040 of the City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />14.040: Flashing Signs Prohibited. Signs addressed to drive by traffic (not interior signs) <br />giving off intermittent or rotating beams shall not be permitted in any district. Where the message <br />or graphic content of a sign can be changed by mechanical or electronic means, such message may <br />not change more than once every 24 hours except messages displaying time and temperature. <br />Electronic message devices for interior site use only shall be exempt from these requirements. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, this _ day of <br /> <br />,1995. <br /> <br />Vern Johnson <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Steve Sarkozy <br />Manager <br />
